new to podcasts?

When you click on the you will be directed to a page that contains a selection of podcasts. There you will have the options of listening to single messages or "subscribing" to the entire podcast series.

To listen to a single message, just click on the name of the file. The recording will open in a media player. Simply select "play" and enjoy!

(If instead a new window gives you the option to "open" or "save," click save. Note where the file is being saved on your computer. Then use a media player such as Windows Media Player or Quicktime to play your newly saved file.)

When you subscribe, your computer will automatically download newly added broadcasts whenever you open iTunes. If you use an iPod or similar audio device, you can set your iPod to automatically update as well.
